The fall happened at the Impact Arena in Pak Kret. Henry, wearing a vibrant orange gown, looked poised and composed as she made her way down the runway. Emergency Response and Health Update
Organizers moved quickly to ensure her safety. Raul Rocha, president of the Miss Universe Organisation, and Thailand’s director Nawat Itsaragrisil were immediately seen assisting medical personnel. Henry was carried backstage and taken to a nearby clinic before being transferred to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for a thorough evaluation.
Doctors later confirmed she is stable. Fortunately, she did not suffer major injuries, though she remains under observation. Her participation in the Miss Universe finals on November 21 has yet to be determined.
A Symbol of Strength and Inspiration

Outside of pageantry, Henry has built a respected career as an ophthalmologist at the University Hospital of the West Indies. Through her See Now Foundation, she also champions eye care and awareness for visually impaired communities across Jamaica.
At 28, Henry represents resilience and dignity. Fans worldwide have been sending her messages of love and encouragement. Even with her status in the competition uncertain, her strength and humanity continue to resonate far beyond the Miss Universe platform.
